Sarah Oliker

Sarah Oliker is a seasoned legal executive with over two decades of experience in healthcare, medical technology, and life sciences. Prior to joining Anumana, she served as Of Counsel at Goldsand Friedberg and VP, Assistant General Counsel at CONMED Corporation, advising on international distribution, M&A, and compliance. Earlier, she was Senior Counsel at ProCure Treatment Centers, structuring physician arrangements and hospital joint ventures while handling regulatory and compliance matters. She began her career at Epstein Becker & Green’s nationally recognized Health Care & Life Sciences group in Washington, D.C.

Sarah is an active healthcare industry leader, serving as Immediate Past Chair of LifeSciences NY and recently completing her term on St. Joseph’s Health Foundation Board. She holds a BA in Political Science from Colgate University and JD from Syracuse University College of Law, and is admitted to practice in Washington, D.C. and New York.
